강의개요 및 교수 목표:
이 과목은 수강생들이 여성평생교육의 이론적 기초를 탐구하여 평생교육현상에 대한 여성주의적 관점과 통찰력을 갖도록 한다. 여성주의 평생교육의 교육목적, 내용, 방법의 이론적 토대를 이해하기위해 여성주의 관점에서 여성의 삶과 앎의 행위를 분석한다. 이를 위해 여성주의 관점에서의 지식, 문화, 가치에 관련된 문헌을 읽고 토의하며, 이러한 이론을 기초로 여성평생교육을 진단하고 평가하여 미래 방향을 탐색한다.

평가
1. 출석 및 토의 참여 10%
수업에 출석은 물론 해당 주의 읽기자료를 반드시 읽고 온 후 토론에 참여하여야 한다.
2. 각주의 Reading Article 비평문 제출 50%
모든 수강생은 읽기자료를 읽은 후 비평문과 질문을 A4 2쪽 이내로 작성하여 제출하며, 이를 토대로 수업시간의 질문과 토의에 적극 참여하여야 한다.
3. 여성 평생교육 관련 연구물 평가 및 향후 과제제시 20%
국내외 연구논문을 탐색하여 관심 있는 연구물의 목록을 작성하고, 논문의 개요 및 총평을 발표한 후 제출한다(5-10개 범위). 조사한 연구물을 분석하고 종합한 결과를 토대로 학기말에 향후 필요한 연구 과제를 탐색 제시한다.
